Trusted by charities, foundations and purpose-led organisations
For more than three decades, I have worked alongside charities and not-for-profit organisations as a Chief Executive, Interim CEO, governance adviser, trainer and mentor.
Much of my work takes place during periods of transition, growth, challenge or change, helping boards and leadership teams navigate complexity while remaining focused on their charitable purpose and long-term sustainability.
I have served as an Interim CEO for more than twenty organisations and have supported charities ranging from small community organisations to nationally recognised institutions. My work has included governance reviews, strategic development, trustee and executive training, board facilitation, organisational change, mentoring and leadership support.

My approach combines practical leadership experience with a strong understanding of governance, strategy, organisational culture and the realities facing today’s charity sector. I believe effective consultancy should not simply provide advice, but help organisations build confidence, clarity and capacity for the future.
Whether supporting a board through governance change, mentoring a CEO, leading an organisation through transition or facilitating strategic thinking, my focus is always the same: helping charities strengthen their impact and deliver their mission more effectively.
If your organisation would value experienced and thoughtful support, I would be pleased to have a conversation.
